@jtierney6@KGWNews Not even close to journalism. Misanthropy if anything. Purely just to hurt another persons life under the guise of moral scorekeeping
@CDEccleshare I think it honestly has a more uplifting reality than that. It speaks to the health of rivalry. Fans wanted city bc they didnβt care. They just werenβt their rival. Which I think is reasonable
@Cyru5kd7@sashcfc Itβs because the conventional outside looking in from pundits and outside fans was always very wide of mark. His style of football is AWFUL and if youβre gonna play that way you need results and he scraped a CL spot on the final day when the football had been shit for a while
@stoolpresidente We could think of some great songs too thereβs just no culture and organization in place for it. We will need a while for people to remember the tunes and the types of songs in a way where they can spontaneously break out in games and ppl alrdy know the basic structure to join in
@stoolpresidente Needs to start at our local sports level. It doesnβt happen in our mainstream sports whereas games in the UK have even more songs than youβre seeing now. Much bigger emphasis on fan culture and organized fan groups. Also fewer casuals at games and more true supporters.
@SJohnsonSport There's a common misconception perpetuated by mainstream punditry that we leak goals and have terrible CBs and defenders. Rob Sanchez is better than most keepers in the division and Fofana and Chalobah are good players. Issues are in creativity and discipline, not outright defens
@tedcruz Shut up you miserable idiot. This is a nothing story and you guys look desperate for any kind of negative press you can find for a guy who's about to be given a mandate by the people of NYC
@CBSSportsGolazo One of the very worst "pundits" around. Americans deserve a standard of analysis that actually builds out its thinking rather than defaulting to cheap, oversimplified internet tropes.
Boring.
