Fallout 4 wasn't a bad game at all. People hate it because it was *almost* great.

If Nuka-World was part of the base game, the main campaign was longer with more endings, and the 3 cities (Bunker Hill, Diamond City, & Good Neighbor) were each 2x bigger it would be phenomenal.
