@Bensedits @British_Airways Mate, they’re a joke. Double charged us for flights & said they’d refund within 21 days. Still waiting more than 2 months on! They do say they understand our frustration which I might use instead of paying them if I have the misfortune of having to fly with them again! Good luck!
