@DJSnM It took me so long to learn how to kickflip. I eventually got it by holding onto the corner of a fence and keeping myself in the air as the board flipped under me to understand the motion.
@pemilo123 Anytime anyone has said some version of the phrase “You would’ve done the same for me” they turned out to be a narcissist.
Whenever I hear it now I keep a close eye on them.
The roadster demos were crazy af sure, but can we talk about the weird order it was all done in? Imo they obviously should’ve rolled it on stage first, then done 0-60, then the fleet jump, THEN the ramp. Felt like the “last thing” fell kinda flat. (Oh no my lobster is too buttery)
I'll be more impressed with the roadster going mach 0.5 at sea level. Drag scales with V^2 and power with v^3.
That's around 2,000 horsepower just to maintain speed.
They really just got on stage and said this newly designed 4000+ pound car can do flips and go half the speed of sound (380+mph) and will ship in 2028. This is a prank, right?
Easy Tosin Abasi selective picking exercise below. I like to add some palm muting to this technique to get a more Nuno/EVH sound out of it.

A great lesson on Zakk Wylde pentatonic vocabulary.
Zakk deliberately crossed off every other shred technique so he wouldn’t get labeled as a clone. (Yngwie, Randy Rhodes, Dimebag, etc.) and maximized what he could do with the pentatonics.
His main licks and runs are described below.

You see it when you run into a freak athlete in your home town/state that absolutely destroys everyone, then you find out they couldn't even come close to going professional.
My friend's uncle was an elevator mechanic working in the north tower. He was supposed to be there that morning, but got so hammered watching this game the night before that he didn't wake up until 2pm with over 100 missed calls.
I’ve got MAJOR media companies from around the world asking where I am in Austin right now.
Offering me $ thousands of dollars just to interview me about the Cybercab launch.
And all I got for them are two middle fingers.
Y’all weren’t fuckin with me and Tesla when there was nobody in the gym.
Now that the Cybercab is here, the whole world wants in, and suddenly everybody wants a seat at the table.
Nah bro… life doesn’t work like that.
I purchased my first $TSLA shares in 2014.
I’ve kept this clip saved since Tesla Autonomy Day (April 22, 2019) as a reminder to keep holding.
Back then the coverage was so relentlessly negative on Tesla I almost started to believe it, and it prevented me from investing even more. At the time I told myself “either Tesla is the next Enron, or the news is fake.”
What Elon was saying and what I was reading about the company were complete opposites.
6 months later on October 23, 2019, Tesla posts a surprise profit. Stock rips. Shorts go tits up.
That was the night it clicked “holy shit, the news really is fake”
From then on I stopped listening to the news. Just held.
I’ve been waiting 12 years for this day.
