Hello! I made a small infographic for class on #DID or #DissociativeIdentityDisorder. While this canโt include everything, I thought it would be interesting to share nonetheless for those who would want it!

@friccafracc It's alright, I went through my fanart era of the smp during 2021 and honestly it helped me draw humans a lot. One good perk of that time period. Never going back.
@RamKat_ I had trichotillomania pretty severe and something that helped me a ton was getting a haircut out of my face/hand reach. Another thing that helped was having something else to pluck! Ex: those rubber stringy fidget balls or even just fuzzy/hairy toys in general to do the same.
And of course I understand I don't have to share every post to bring awareness. But the guilt eats, I feel like I've been a witness to something I could've helped and just turned a blind eye to.
Anyone else see concerning stuff on their timeline that SHOULD get awareness and you should like or retwt. But then you feel guilty about putting negative stuff on others timeline. But if I don't share the post the guilt follows that route too. What do I do???
