Yesterday we take new connection, but not yet started, today your team promise me that they will start but by EOD no update.
Complaint about your sales team they are pathetic.
We have sent numerous messages and made many calls to him but there has been no response. The service is pathetic; once they get the customer's money, they couldn't care less about the customer. I want to speak to the Head of Sales is this really how sales staff handle customers?

We wanted a new Tata broadband connection, so on the morning of June 8th Nagesh sales representative for Tata Fiber Play 9321009171 visited our home. He made many promises, but the connection worked for only one hour that afternoon and has remained down ever since
