Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) promotions: From February 2022 to February 2026, JNU processed and approved 246 CAS applications from faculty members.
This occurred alongside over 400 recruitment interviews. In addressing longstanding backlogs dating back to 2006, the administration has conducted the largest recruitment and CAS drive in JNU's history. 
Faculty members have been periodically informed of the lacuna in their applications, which hinder their promotion. 

The first woman OBC VC who is recruiting the highest faculty in the OBC, SC and STs has proved JNU as an inclusive and diverse space.

The largest recruitment spree since the founding of JNU in last 19 months. Till now 331 faculty positions have been advertised and about 186 Selection Committees have been conducted, including 128 reserved positions.
First time JNU has appointed Professors in ST category.

Prof. Pandit is 1st VC who established the Ambedkarite discourse through her policy at veracity administration.

JNU Vice Chancellor Prof. Santishree Dhulipudi Pandit is not a casteist, but it is left with its drugged mentality of being 'saviors' and Dalits as perpetual victims. The Left is utterly casteist and Manuwadi in practice. Kanshiramji said Left is a green snake in the green grass.
