Technician is closing or rescheduling complaint without even visiting home or calling me. No response from call center team or complaint escalated on mail.

@JioCare@JioCare@reliancejio : visit is scheduled after 10 days of complaint registration date. Installation was done in 1 day but service takes 10 days to resolve. Absolutely poor after sales service!!
