This week we continued our Buddy Blocks with older students joining younger students to learn about our Deep Learning competencies of Character and Citizenship. Our focus this month is how we show respect for others, ourselves, and our school.

Buddy Blocks have started. Opportunity to learn about Character and Citizenship. Our focus was kindness this week for #worldkindnessday2023 Multigrade groups worked so well together.

Today we began our patterning unit! We started off by working together with our friends to create patterns using different objects around the class! @StRoseLimaOCSB

Today we read The Crayon Box that Talked. We spoke about how we are all different and unique and that’s what makes us an amazing Grade 1 class. We then made our own crayons to create our class crayon box! @StRoseLimaOCSB
