@VerizonSupport Hi, the network has been reset 4 times today and the fix only lasts briefly. Since this is a new install, the tech visit really should be sooner. I work from home and can’t do my job without internet lol.

I switched my internet provider from @optimum to @Verizon @verizonfios and I’m only 1 day in and I am pretty sure I regret it.

@VerizonSupport Hi Kisha, the signal has been very spotty and half my devices aren’t getting service at all. I spent 3 hours with two reps yesterday and got nowhere. Now I have to wait two days for a technician, and I work from home, so this is a big problem.
