@floooowey@qyunanie@ponilulu i can’t speak for op but i highly recommend walking +10k steps daily while in deficit it slimmed my legs down a lot faster in a more noticeable way
@luka223305 @milkbunnana people could also just be sending her stuff 😭 but i just went to her comments and she keeps saying she has hyperthyroidism but i don’t really believe that with how much she body checks 😭
@certanlynoted@ponilulu i love this hack i’m addicted!! i personally found the biscuits to be sweet enough to balance out the taste of the yogurt but it might depend on the biscuits u use (i use the coconut one in the og trend and it has a sugar top)
