Easter at WRA is anything but quiet… 🛠️✨
Our school is buzzing with transformation as we create even more beautiful, inspiring spaces for our children. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to see what’s been built, grown and imagined. The best is yet to come. 🌿🏫
Fabulous collaboration and child-led learning this morning. We made the most of the heavy frost, in groups of 15, children created these beautiful patterns with their feet - following each other on the field. Such a treat of a morning in Outdoor Learning.
Mrs Hutcheson has been blown away with the incredible writing Year 4 has achieved in their first few weeks of the term. Incredible detail and description in their settings narratives. Well done Hawks! #literacycounts#presentation@LiteracyCounts1
This year in our Enrichment Activity lessons - Art & Outdoor Learning, we are learning all about foxes. TEAM Kestrels created these fabulous foxes from Autumn leaves today.
A beautiful little weaving created at weaving club this week.
If you have any left over yarn from knitting or stitching we would be very grateful for donations. Thank you.

An inspirational start to the new school year for the teaching staff - choosing a word or phrase - how we want our school, classroom and ourselves to feel and be. We created word art which we will display in shared areas to remind us of our positive intentions.

Year 4 worked so hard on their Expeditionary Learning project. They designed, organised and delivered the event themselves. They had a huge turn out of KS1 & EYFS families learning how to look after their teeth. Excellent games, live demonstrations & activities. ⭐
The TEAM at Mill View feel proud to work with @TheCountessNHS on their fantastic new build for Women and Children in our community! It has been so exciting to be part of the project and be given the opportunity to think creatively about its development.

Pupil Pride in Action: A Literacy Showcase at Mill View
We were proud to host an Impact Showcase at this fantastic school, and what a showcase it was. Confident children, thoughtful teaching and real pride in reading and writing.
Huge thanks to the staff and pupils at Mill View for being such generous hosts and showing what is possible with a consistent, evidence-informed approach to literacy.

A fantastic assembly with @UKParlEducation this morning learning all about how parliament works and how we can make a difference in our communities. Thanks Rachael!
Team Robins have loved discovering their hook to their latest and most loved text, The Storm Whale. It’s been great to see our learners engaged in writing this week as we jump into the story @LiteracyCounts1#eyfs#earlywriting#Readysteadywrite
