@Delta & @DeltaVacations thanks for screwing me out of my trip departing from DTW this past Thurs. due to your lack of communication/transparency w/ the McNamara Terminal flooding. Now you expect me to pay hundreds more for the same trip as I try to rebook? Make this right NOW!
.@DeltaVacations , @Delta I suggest you evaluate her performance & explore disciplinary action. After calling DV back, I was connected to a new supervisor that was willing to help. It’s situations like these that waste your customer’s time which is unappreciated.
.@DeltaVacations, @Delta — Lenora (supervisor with DV) is rude and unwilling to provide good customer service. Upon getting connected to her, she immediately told me there was nothing she could do for me and proceeded to lie and say she was the only supervisor I could speak to.
@DeltaVacations Would have been nice to vacation harder with my DV package that was to depart from DTW on Thurs, 8/24. Thanks to the flooding & @Delta’s lack of communication, my trip was canceled and now I have to pay hundreds more as I try to rebook. How will @DeltaVacations make this right?

Warning! Think twice before booking with @Delta, @DeltaVacations. Submitted a complaint regarding a recent European vacation. Several delays, unsanitary conditions in plane lavatory, etc. Delta responded with a simple “sorry” but no accountability to make things right. Unreal.
