- try and automatic detection on trolls (excessive friendly fire, missusage of util, running in with knife multiple times

@Reptile9LoL the only argument I would accept is that the game looks super duper lost, regarding their control and gold advantage , its just not worth to play that game to the bitter end at all. win probability is just too low. then again riot encourages fighting till the end :)

that said, you cant see what other team is picking since its all blind pick and there are not many deadlock players to counter her. this agent should either have her dashing & running removed or the whole agent is just not fitting into an FPS

There's a Graphics Exploit with Neon's Wall ability. Due to this bug, she will remain disabled until the next Patch (12.09)
