@nairobi_women Anyway to cut things short, my daughter is getting worse and I'm just so disappointed with this hospital and it was among my top best hospitals.
So I wonder if this only happens to all the patients or just the patients with medical cover???

@nairobi_women 5. When I returned to the pharmacy, I was given the medication and guess what, my daughter was prescribed cough syrup 😭😭😭, surely. So if I hadn't asked the physician the purpose for that medicine I could have gone home with a wrong prescription, surely.

4 We were sent back to the cashier and took a while again to get the services at that point, Waited for like 30 minutes just to sign the claim form for me to go get the prescribed medication.

@nairobi_women 3 It's not the first time someone stays on the waiting lounge that long, anyway the doc finally came and I told him the symptoms my daughter had and diagnosed her with skin bacterial infection. I mean it's fine, but this is the 3rd time why can't you guys send us to the lab?

1. Took some time at the reception but thanks to the manager Dr Cliff who helped me out after seeing I had been there for long hours
2. That not being enough after going to the consultation room, there were no Doctors at all, so had to wait for sometime
