@LucidDreamEejit I have a hard time falling back asleep once I open my phone, so pen and paper is essential for my sleep pattern and energy type. It's too easy for me to stay awake😅haha

@LucidDreamEejit I use this method when I feel I might forget the dream, or when I can't make time for detailed dream journaling in the AM. I set low expectations and focus more on forming the habit of dream note taking, vs remembering the dream itself.
