I have only been in my role for just about 6 weeks and obviously a big step up relocating, changing hospitals, starting new and going from a band 5 to 6 and I got employee of the month! 🥺💛✨💫 some days have been so challenging and I felt that maybe I have taken on too much💛

going back to my old hospital for an agency shift post travelling to get my confidence back before I start my role as band 6, it’s a bittersweet feeling ✨
