I'm a finalist in @CalLutheranSOM's PRiME Competition: My research is about a savings product that motivates new savers. Anything I win, I'll use to support my research (after an ice cream w/family). Please vote & share! Thank you! #CalLutheranSOM#clusom https://t.co/f31SDkEeI9
@passion_planner Which size 2021 annual planner will match the Daily planners' size? (I keep having to write "buy blue 2021 planner" as a daily goal, but I want to be sure I get the right one, and today's the last day for the email code!)
@Pointy07 THANK YOU! I'm not on twitter very much anymore, but on my birthday I did think perhaps you still did these happy birthday tweets :D I'm watching you on TV! Congrats!
I want to explain what we're talking about when we say that transgender people need anti-discrimination protections in health care.
Because I think some of you really don't understand what this means, or might perceive our reaction as dramatic. But it's not.

Someone is wearing enough cologne to fill the entire coffee shop. Now, I don’t like the smell of coffee (I’m here for tea) but I still wouldn’t deprive other people of it 😜
Honestly, Anne vs. Mosquito went about as you’d expect Cat vs. Mosquito to go, just with a wad of toilet paper and significantly less gracefulness. Spoiler alert: the mosquito dies in both.
@gpike_ True but it seems both are interested in power & they need a story that will help them get that, right? I’m just thinking that THAT sort of campaign would be a new and innovative RL TV show. Think of all the folks who try not to watch now who would be curious how it’d play out...
What if those running against the current president teamed up now - if all the democrats said if they won they’d have Weld as VP & if he said that if he won then the VP would be the winner of the democratic primary? What if everyone said that both parties can do better together?
I’m not really one for wear-a-certain-thing/color holidays, but I’d probably buy a shirt that says in sparkly green letters “pinch me to lose a limb or organ” or something like that
Two supposedly moderate GA churches wouldn't let me speak there because they were afraid to alienate their Trump supporters.
Their Jesus supporters, they're fine alienating.
Church, this is why people are leaving you: not because of what you say now, but because of your silence.
@Jenkins100Rose I love this!!!! (Though I can’t help but think the kitten is saying, in rhythm with the running, “I can’t escape what is this thing on me how do I get away help”)
I think the story of Jesus has a message for anyone who complains there are no “good” candidates: We humans eliminate messengers of Good, because that message challenges us to step outside our comfortable echo chambers and treat others as if they have God in them. #LentThought
@gpike_ I think that one of @joshuagserrano’s recent sermons (that I missed >.>) was on the subject of how “call-out culture” (esp re: racism) has become the new purity culture, where everything has to be perfect all the time and you can never have made a mistake even once, etc.
