-#COVID occupancy much higher vs. last summer
-many trained RNs are sick, burnt out or lost to attrition. An ICU bed doesn't exist w/o them
-W4 ICU patients will be younger, length of stay per pt may be longer -> non-COVID care cancelled earlier
