You're doing a disservice to Deaf individuals by making it seem like they could have easy communication with hearing people if only they would learn to lip read. Not true! Do your homework on a demographic before focusing your plot on them!

Epic fail @CBS with your attempt at including a deaf individual in this week's episode of #NCIS. Do your homework. Only 30% of speech is visible on the lips. That level of lip reading is physically impossible. And it's Deaf, not hearing impaired.
