@sainsburys That is not made clear on your store refund policy notices and is incredibly inconvenient. Why shouldn’t I be able to return clothes to any of the larger stores?

@sainsburys talk about customer inconvenience. Why can’t you return clothes to any store anymore? It shouldn’t matter where bought, you are the same company so I should be able to return anywhere. Your returns notice in store does not reflect this.

@sainsburys I was told at Fulham Broadway store I could not return trousers as they do not sell clothes. Is this correct?
