Obviously there is no one size fits all for how to build a company. The process will look completely different for everyone. I’m just sharing this in case someone needs a little light into how to go about it.
From “Disciplined Entrepreneurship” by Bill Aulet. A basic rundown of how to start a company. First, who is your customer? What can you do for your customer? How does customer acquire product? How do you make money off your product? How to design/build your product? How to Scale?
These customers should all belong to similar social and economic groups in society. They will be people that aid in the development of your product/service by giving crucial initial feedback.
Happy Monday! Just an update on here, upon completion of market research (which is still in progress), the next phases are market segmentation (niche), and the actual product, which by all means is most important. Exciting things ahead!

Now that I’ve given my premise for why I’m starting a company. If it’s not already clear, I’m going to be building a new shoe company. One that’s tailored for runners and recovery to start!
@agazdecki I love this, follows along the lines of “you don’t need to have everything figured out to start”, however it would be pretty cool to disrupt an industry though 🤷♂️
