breaking my silence here to say im really sad at how bad supergirl was. can we put female characters in treacherous scenarios without it literally always being sexual assault . the movie was also just generally forgettable but im just kinda pissed off

its the main issue i have with most animes as well. i feel like male characters are always in traditional dangerous scenarios (deadly encounters etc) but w women its literally ALWAYS Ohh Im the toucher. please man i just wanna enjoy a female focused movie without being triggered
