@TheIfunanya Well, at the end of the day we choose how far back the tree of life we want to identify as. If everyone on the planet goes far back the tree of life, we’ll see that we (every human living right now) are from Africa.

@ekajiibe I say this because the bible immediately says if the woman who is considered human loses her own life or a part of her body, then the offender must lose life own life or commensurate part of their body because the general rule then was “an eye for an eye, tooth for tooth…” etc
@ekajiibe It says that if the woman miscarries but no serious harm is done to her, a fine should be paid. So fetus is lost, only a fine is paid. If fetus was considered human, it would have been a life for a life punishment, not a life for a fine….
