Paula, you don’t get it, so let me explain. The problem is not Ekin’s personal life — he can do whatever he wants. The problem is that the series is at a very critical point right now, especially regarding how many episodes we’re going to get and whether there will be a finale.

Many people watch the series because of the main couple and they also played on that (and I bet you agree that the storyline itself is often nonsense!). So, when you openly share your personal life with people just one day before a very critical, decision-making episode, you’re naturally going to get this kind of reaction.

He can do whatever he wants in his personal life, but when what he does starts affecting the series, then people are going to react. A lot of people are now thinking that the finale might be closer than expected (otherwise he wouldn’t share it like that)

And btw, we’re not school kids. I’m 36, for starters! 😂

I hope it’s clear now. Sometimes international fans don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes or understand the deeper context, so they may not fully understand why people are reacting this way.
