🚨 GEORGIA NEWS: A 70-year-old grandfather and his dog were shot and killed in front of his wife during a Sunday walk at a Georgia park.

• Victim: Terry Loden, 70
• Suspect: Todd Stalcup, 52
• Location: Simpson Park
• Time: ~3:30 p.m.

Police say the suspect opened fire after dogs began fighting — shooting the dog first, then the grandfather when he stood up and asked what was happening.

Before dying, Loden looked at his wife and said:
“I love you. I’m going.”

The suspect is now held without bond, facing malice murder and multiple felony charges.
