MDs are like the CNS of healthcare directing diagnosis and clinical decisions. COs are like the peripheral nervous system translating and coordinating care at the frontline. Nurses are like the circulatory system, sustaining continuous bedside care and patient flow. When these three work in harmony, the system performs at its best. Every cadre is essential.
@hotniqqha Which better yet we have hundreds of....MOs who can't do dental and circumcision yet many clinical officers are good at this...I would prefer being attended too by a CO rather MO because MOs don't take time to understand minute details
