@magicwhiteboard@moving_charlie Not sure PCL will follow PCTokyo. In 93, house prices in PCT were 25-30 times earnings of the typical buyer in PCT (not nationally). Right now, PCL is around 3-4 times a dual income high earning couple.
@Birdyword Tax changes since 2016 have made PCL very unattractive for non-UK persons. Stamp duty, IHT, CGT and non-dom changes have driven PCL from around 40% of stock owned by non-UK persons to around 25% today. There's around 200k - 400k units across PCL (depending on your definition) 1/
