@angelaoakley34 I don’t know if I’d be hurt but I’d definitely be concerned. Had a friend who did this at 47 and acted like his marriage was a dirty secret. We hide things we’re not proud of or sure of.
@kevyngbash @luvhuss What’s weird is that while I firmly see my 46 uncles and aunts as related to me, I don’t see people that are related to them as related to me. Met a guy once at my cousin’s funeral and he wanted to ask me out if we weren’t related. Turns out we were only related my marriage
@kevyngbash @luvhuss I don’t know what to tell you, brother. What do you call the person married to your uncle or aunt? Just call them “ma’am” or “sir”?
I grew up being told “the older you get, the more conservative you become.”
I’m finding that the older I get, the more I just want our society to be more tolerant, charitable, kind, peaceable, and ensure that everyone has what they need to survive and thrive.
The Washington Post fired Karen Attiah because she quoted Charlie Kirk, saying, "Black women do not have the brain processing power to be taken seriously. You have to go steal a white person's slot."
She added no comment -- merely an ACCURATE quote.

This is journalist Karen Attiah, the only Black opinion columnist at the Washington Post. She was just fired for sharing a statement made by Charlie Kirk insulting Black women.
RETWEET if you stand with @KarenAttiah!
@SykesCharlie People aren’t celebrating but they also aren’t mourning. Charlie even said that empathy was a “new age” concept that was overrated, didn’t he? It’s hard to have empathy for someone who built his entire identity around not having empathy for huge swaths of other human beings.
@theashrb Only impossible Future has joint legal custody. If he only has joint physical custody, then he would have no standing to object to a name modification.

@misandrynoir And exactly how much did you contribute since you’re so concerned and all? What’s annoying is people complaining about what others may or may not have in their pockets.
@Sincerelytkxo@Southside_Gunn Best things my parents ever did for me were to let me piggyback on their credit and gave me a card that they monitored and paid off every month. At 17, I had 800 credit score
