@UGG Terrible customer service and rewards program. I made a gift purchase using my $20 rewards and the recipient wanted a different color in the same item. Ugg did not process the exchange and would not reissue my rewards for a new purchase. Terrible way to treat customers.
🧵 Really hope you look into this policy. I do not want to give Ugg any more of my money due to poor customer service. Those rewards were earned and customers shouldn’t lose them in an even exchange.

@Gap This is very concerning. I order my son’s clothes every year and this is the first time this has happened. It’s extremely frustrating. Takes a long time to put the order together only to be told for some reason lasership can’t get it to me and Gap can’t use another service.
