@japan_nobunaga I get tipped at my job so I see no problem with tipping. Especially for great service. Catch me on a good day and I'm generous as my clients are generous with me. I believe in tip Karma. If I tip well, it will come back to me and it has.
@japan_nobunaga I was actually asked to tip in Japan recently. It was in Sendai in the basement of Yodobashi Camera it was at a tempura restaurant. When I paid, a prompt to tip came up. I was shocked but tipped anyway. Also used Uber twice while there and both times I tipped on the app.
@k60hashimoto U guys don't look obese tho. That's why everyone thinks Japan is "healthy" because you all are slim. I've been to Japan & yes you'll see some are overweight but most of u are thin. And Japanese eat just as much junk food as Westerners but they never gain weight.
@PeakLab_ The real reason Japanese do not suffer from obesity is fat distribution. Most Japanese get visceral fat not subcutaneous fat. So most of their fat accumulates around their belly. So they "look" thin! They still suffer from diabetes and high blood pressure. They're "skinny fat".
