@FrontierCorp I’m utterly disappointed with the customer service provided. Chat reps informed that a tech will visit my house today from 6am-7pm for the 2GB upgrade. I reached out again today to only be informed that no tech is coming. My plans cancelled and time was lost waiting

At the concert on Saturday, the sound definitely needed to be check again. I could barely hear the artists singing and the music was just way too loud. I felt my right ear ringing. Other than that I did enjoy going to different booths and the pre show! #KCONLA2023 #KCON_REVIEW

I did have a good time but it definitely left more to be desired. I’ve been to KCON a few years back and it’s a bit ridiculous that this year I had to wait an hour 1/2 to get into the convention. The food stands were also very lacking.

KCON is supposed to promote Korea cuisine but there was not a single Korean food vendor and like 4 vendors in total at the convention (not including the kcon village). A few years back there were so many options I had trouble deciding which vendors #KCONLA2023 #KCON_REVIEW

@UPS I need help with my Best Buy package. I had it shipped to one of the UPS location near me and I noticed the delivery location was changed without my permission. I need it to go back to the previous pick location yet I have to pay $5.99 not even my fault?

I’m disappointed at @BJsWholesale my order was cancelled due to it being out of stock and got an email to buy a similar item within the timeframe and that it was reserved for me. Called and the representative only told me the similar item was out of stock
