@fitch_tad@WeAreCavsNation@WineGoldTalkPod Exactly. IF LeBron knows where he is going, which many reporters are saying, there is no such thing as a front runner lol you either know his next team or you don’t.
@HoodiGarland If there was one team that would have the misfortune of a 3-0 comeback, it would be the Knicks are their fans. But the Cavs are not the franchise that would do that kind of thing. If it was Heat-Knicks, maybe.
@0xKolten@leafjerky@mattshumer_ In the ad industry, some people are freaking out because “even if AI creates bad ads, corporations will want it because it’s cheap” as if you can’t already create cheap, poorly-produced ads. That’s already possible now, but they chose against it.
@ClipsLegacy I have never watched a former Cav regularly after they were traded or otherwise left - and I’ve been a fan since 1997. But I’ll be watching/rooting for DG. He’s a joy and I wish he was the piece coming in, not going out. Plenty of time to get his toes right. Wish yall the best.
@AmNotEvan He was such as easy guy to root for, and the main piece that initially turned the Cavs around post LeBron. There’s an alternative reality where they put tall wings around DG and EM, no Don - and another where he just stays more healthy in Cleveland. Wishing him the best in LA.
DG, feel like i can’t completely ever thank you for the amount of happiness you gave us over the past 7 years. Thank you for making me fall in love with basketball again, i will ALWAYS be proud of you❤️ You’ll forever have a piece of us and be your biggest fan forever💛🫶🏽
*Most* of the people who aren’t sad about Garland being traded likely didn’t watch him run PnR with John Henson in 2019. Or him throwing lobs to Javale McGee during COVID.
Watching his growth into a 2x All Star was such a joy and his ascension to greatness during those tough years won’t be forgotten.
@AmazingSpidaMan@KOT4Q As a Cavs fan I gotta disagree. The Cavs pre-Mitchell are underrated. We know they were 35-21 before a ridiculous amount of injuries and a COVID wave ended the 21-22 season. But they needed to upgrade Lauri to DM. Higher ceiling.
@AmNotEvan This whole season has been inexplicable. I understand the heavy injury load, but it seems like something has happened to the soul of this team.
