No you idiot - Sham is a reference to "Greater Syria" including Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria.

If we were to apply this hadith to groups today, there is a stronger argument that it applies to Hamas and Hezbollah rather than to the CIA-backed Wahhabi ISIS forces in Syria that you support.
