@skyheaven1231 I’m gonna say every page. Was thinking about how difficult it might be to have a few pages done and wanting to go back and fix things or second guess. But if you post it a page at a time then it’s post, keep moving? I dunno. Just my thoughts.
@AshleyJ1231@zam_zav Ha! This is perfect! It was absolutely how I was feeling when signing up for my courses. I’m playing the catch-up game (things were unexpectedly more busy this year than last) but even while I do that, the concepts still don’t feel as daunting as I thought.
@AshleyJ1231@PsychToday I feel like this definitely applies to my specific work. It has always been my goal to make sure my team knows their health and wellbeing is my top priority. Although, I sometimes forget to apply this same idea to myself. 🙀😹
@AshleyJ1231 One of my favorite things to do when I am leading a team is to get to know each individual and what their strengths and areas of opportunity are. I’ve been told that I am “Babysitting” them, by other management, but I am better able to lead with that knowledge and consideration.
