@femmenyra the thing is, if none of them went the entire Velaryon fleet is cooked and the blockade is ended. that is a major blow to Rhaenyra's army. i think probably the best outcome would be 1. Rhaenyra and Baela go as the most skillful riders, 2. Jace remains patrolling Dragonstone

@femmenyra Baela had the advantage of seeing Jace get speared first and so she knew what to look out for. And Jace was lucky Baela was with him to bail him out. Not to mention smaller dragons are generally faster and more agile so Vermax and especially Moondancer have that over Syrax

@femmenyra Idk I think it depends on if Rhaenyra decided to go alone (as it seemed like she would) vs if she took someone with her. Because even with all her years of riding Syrax, she has never faced a naval fleet and could have gotten caught off guard with the harpoons like Jace did
