@JuneAngelides I have seen the same in verticals that donβt traditionally have/need a fintech component: eco-tourism, healthtech and insurance. Might be as founders are seeing that African fintech generates the most investment (75 deals worth north of $1.1bn in total in 2021). Signaling? π€·π½ββοΈ
