I think it's taken me some time to process his live last night. It makes my heart heavy and it hurts to know he's been hurting for so long. But I feel the path he chooses to healing and protecting his peace is the most important. However the journey is, we will always be here.
Pretty fucked up to cancel tickets right before the concert if you ask me because now people have flights and travel booked which probably can’t be refunded at all and they have no where to go. This should of been done in the first week of ticketing @Ticketmaster. Shameful.
Target: “Hello, this is Target. No light sticks.”
Times Square: “Welcome to Times Square. BTS isn’t here.”
It’s like we’re in a scavenger hunt and businesses are unwilling participants 🤣
Okay. Let’s say this was Heeseung’s choice after all, that this was a long coming decision like everyone has been saying. Then explain this:
-Usually when a member has to leave, it’s never done abruptly unless there’s a scandal, or something outside of the management motivating it. There’s none.
-they had a comeback less than 2 months ago. Fan signs and Fancalls planned until April, festivals that were announced months ago. They even added a new date for the fan sign in China a few days ago. He attended one a day before the announcement.
-Content production and brand deals continued as normal. They released a collaboration with Listerine very recently. Their En O’clock (Enhypen’s show) episodes have been filmed in advance and were being released normally.
-Heeseung has been excited and eager to go to Australia with the members and JAKE since debut. He clearly was supposed to go since his flight got canceled today for a show in 3 days. He was part of the promotions for this event literally a week or 2 ago. He also probably rehearsed all of it with ENHYPEN up until now.
If this was long coming, and discussed carefully with the company, why wouldn’t he wait until the festival is over? So he can enjoy a last performance?
-His apparences to fansigns and fan calls have been either canceled or postponed LAST MINUTE. Last minute.
-Heeseung showed no sign of someone who was preparing to leave. He was literally talking about their future plans and spoiling the tour. BELIFT also teased a Japanese album release in March/April.
-ENHYPEN’s game, ENHYPEN WORLD, announced the release of OT7 merch literally 4 HOURS before the announcement. They retracted it after. If this was long coming, how come be lift’s management didn’t communicate this important info to each one of their collaborators?
-Even after the announcement, the morning show in 🇦🇺 was still promoting Enha’s interview as OT7.
So let me get this straight: Heeseung felt such urgency in launching his solo career that he couldn’t wait a week, imposed on everyone including his members and the staff his departure with no prior notice to management and forced their hand to remove him from every upcoming schedule even imminents ones even though he could’ve waited until everything was over?
That’s not Lee Heeseung. Absolutely not. Common sense would be to wait until everything is over THEN reach out to the company.
Also, why now and why like this? Is this how they are planning to start his solo career? By throwing him to the wolves so he can be called selfish and whatnot?
Oh but I thought this was a long discussed decision? If it was then why didn’t they prepare accordingly and not involve him in their upcoming work? They had months to prepare on how to handle this and They announce it out of the blue in the middle of schedules and promotions? You want to tell me this was planned? Are we 4 years old?
So unless LHS1 is being released next week or there’s a very pressing matter that we don’t know of that’s pushing him out of the group, this makes no sense.
kindly reminder, fangirling is a hobby, if ur hobby is healthy, u should be happier, more cheerful, funnier, and more positive, but if ur hobby makes u hate people, hurt people, makes u stressed and feel negative all the time, please take a rest, go touch some grass, be happy🫶
hey so this is nirvana criticizing $50 concert tickets in 1993. fuck any inflation argument bc $50 in 2026 is $112, not $1000. parasocial defense is embarrassing and most artists are greedy as hell. fuck ticketmaster.
is it weird to say i’m very relieved that everybody else is standing down against the $1k+ MSG seats? idk. i usually feel left out when i’m priced out of concerts — i’m finding some type of comfort in knowing i’m not alone today
