1. She set a time limit. This ensure the lower court will act on it timely.
2. Had she NOT acted on it, the full court would. That would not end well.

In Cosby's case, a deal was reached with one AG. However, when he was out of office, his successor said "so sorry". Both are dirt bags.

In particular, they fought in the South African, WW1, WW2, Korean wars and continue to fight against ISIS/ISIL in the Middle East.

That is why the Republicans ask and get recounts and democrats don't.

@MeidasTouch @IAmPoliticsGirl @RBReich That sounds good, but with the technology some people have it’s incumbent on Democrats to demand a recount in at least one swing state. Why are Republicans the only ones who get recounts? Trump and his supporters actions are very suspicious not to mention votes not counted.
