@virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph I have been with Virgin for 3 years, so I should be able to amend my agreement. If I’m in new contract - I can cancel, if I’m in old contract - that’s expired 2 years ago. But VM refuse to amend saying that it’s new contract, but I’m an old customer??

@virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Virgin Media midsold an upgrade 10 days ago and customer service doesn’t let me cancel saying that 14 d cooling off is just for New Customers not exsisting. They hang up the phone twice after 30 min conversation. What can I do? I have been with Virgin

@virginmedia hi guys, I was sold an upgrade 10 days ago and was told on the phone that package is cheaper then internet on its own. That is not true and customer service refuse to cancel the contract ! And they hung up on me twice in the end after 30 min on the phone.
