Look at Kosovo (and other examples) and you find totally different narratives successfully being pushed and executed. So - it’s not about int. law or right and wrong.

The US/EU know it's not possible to peace talk away Azerbaijan's claims on a giant chunk of Armenia.

Armenia capitulates, or there's war. If there's war, Armenia gets thoughts, prayers, and calls for "both sides" to stop; AZ gets support from the 2nd largest army in NATO.
