I think Opendoor could be a $500 stock in the next 5-7 years.
OPEN trades at $4.28 today. Wall Street targets are $2-$20. The architectural-intersection case nobody is pricing: the three-layer tokenization build Kaz Nejatian walked me through at OPEN's Toronto offices, the British Columbia leasehold proof-of-concept that already works at provincial scale, and the four prerequisites — asset-class control, pricing-data depth, vertical integration, operator-class with crypto-native architecture experience — that converge in exactly one publicly-traded operator.
This is the applied case study for the framework piece I published earlier today on tokenization as the fourth capital-markets infrastructure transition.
The math: at conservative probability calibrations, the asymmetric expected value of the position at $4.28 is 25-35x return from current price, against bounded downside at -100%. Same structural pattern as Carvana from single-digits to $487 (~140x), Shopify from $20 IPO to $1,700+ (~85x), Tesla from single-digits to $400 (~200x), NVIDIA from single-digits to $150 (~30x) — what stocks capturing architectural transitions in their industries actually look like.

In a hot market, it just doesn’t make much sense to spend your time digging around for undervalued stocks.
That’s not what the market is rewarding right now, and it’s not where the money is flowing.
Instead, focus on the leading sectors and the leading stocks. Do more of what’s already working. It might seem counterintuitive, but the best stocks continue to make new highs, not new lows.
That doesn’t mean you should get careless or reckless. Risk management still matters just as much. Always manage risk.
But if there’s one thing to keep in mind, it’s this: strong stocks tend to stay strong for longer than most people expect.
The (in)famous Giana Sisters is quite possibly the most controversial game by a German studio, but also one of the best ever. Was there ever a more blatant copy of Super Mario? Maybe, but I don't know one.
While the "inspiration" was obvious, one can't deny that Time Warp created an absolute masterpiece: highly playable, with excellent graphics, sound, controls, and possibly one of the best-known games among C64 fans ever. The legal spat with Nintendo - while bad press - was probably oil on the fire, making you want the game even more and being talked about by everyone. It didn't turn into massive profits for Rainbow Arts (piracy ran rampant on the C64), but it certainly put them on the map.
If you had a C64 back in the day, I bet you also had Giana Sisters and, like so many other fans, enjoyed the hell out of it. An all-time classic and still very playable today. The music by legendary Chris Huelsbeck never gets old...
