If the rules for your crypto LLC live only in your head, the LLC depends on you being there to explain them.
Writing them down turns them into a playbook someone else can follow. It has four parts.
1. Who acts? Name the roles and a backup for each one. Backups matter in the weeks when the main person is traveling, sick or unreachable.
2. Who approves? Set the sign-off rules before assets move, including which transfers need a second person.
3. How funds move. Document the wallet and custody transfers step by step: which accounts are used, how addresses are checked and where access credentials are stored. Leave the keys and recovery phrases themselves out of the playbook.
4. What gets logged. Record trades, income, expenses and decisions as they happen, so the LLC's history doesn't depend on anyone's memory either.
Then keep the playbook current as holdings and people change. One that still names a closed wallet or a member who has left can point someone in the wrong direction right when they're relying on it. Reviewing it whenever a member, a wallet or a custodian changes helps keep it accurate.
The playbook needs care of its own, since it describes how the LLC's assets move. Store it somewhere secure and share it only with the people it names.
A first draft can be one page that answers who acts and who approves, and it can grow from there.

The Reserve Bank of Australia's Project Acacia studied settlement infrastructure for tokenized asset markets, and Hashgraph reports its HashSphere platform ran on Hedera technology for specific use cases
Most people are dramatically underestimating the magnitude of what is happening right now.
This isn’t just a transition of the global financial rails.
We are tearing down and rebuilding the entire global operating system…
Money. Banking. Capital markets. Energy. Logistics. Manufacturing. Intelligence. Communications. Identity. Ownership. Defense. Healthcare. Education. Media. Labor. Governance.
And all of it is beginning to converge.
That convergence ultimately changes the distribution of power itself between individuals, corporations, institutions and governments.
The governments of the future will operate very differently from the governments of the industrial age, just as the corporations and financial institutions of the future will look nothing like those built for the 20th century.
This isn’t one technological revolution.
It’s multiple revolutions happening simultaneously, reinforcing one another and rewriting the infrastructure civilization runs on.
We aren’t watching the next chapter being written.
We’re watching the operating system of civilization being replaced.
The XRP Ledger has been ready for this for years, and institutions are lining up for the new rails of global finance
Everyone wants the network that's already battle-tested, even if they showed up late
