I purchased my Kia from Kia West and for the past three years I have been getting all my vehicle services done there.

Every time I dropped my vehicle for service, the dealership provided a courtesy ride back home and also picked me up when the car was ready.

When I raised the concern, the manager simply said he didn’t know what had happened in the past but that they could not offer the ride anymore.

Since the dealership has been taken over by Go Auto, the level of customer service seems to have declined significantly.
