@Arsalicious1 @fawadchaudhry Sir if you analyse, every province has rights to make their own laws regarding basic facilities to people. Provinces with more money becomes more powerful. This creates divide. Hence in my PoV, policies should be made at the Center and implemented at govt level.

The issue is that every party and military think they are best for Pakistan and when anyone says things which Mohsin Naqvi has said, hopes for better days come to live resulting in a new setup and then same pattern repeats. The issue isn’t politicians or military. The issue is the mindset prevalent among the elite.

PMLN has ruled Punjab for 13 years
PPP has ruled Sindh for 18 years

Since 1988:
PMLN has ruled Punjab for 26 years
PPP has ruled Sindh for 31 years

Lahore doesnt have a gradient and major Lahore development has been undertaken during PMLN governments. Drainage?
