Living with mental illness can affect every part of a person's life. It can make it hard to work, study, maintain relationships, sleep, or even complete everyday tasks. Many people also face stigma and misunderstanding, making an already difficult struggle even more isolating. Mental illness is real, serious, and deserves compassion and effective treatment.

Skipped my doctors appointment and I’d be happy to let “it” take me anyway! I had found out just before my appointment that my liver enzymes weren’t elevated so I figured I was in the clear 🤷‍♂️
