When you spend hours collating all the evidence of how a guest breached your house rules, breached review policy and communication policy send all the evidence in for the review to be removed, only for @AirbnbHelp to send their auto response that they won’t remove the review.
get booted off the platform because youre choosing to support a guest that has bullied and been abusive on the platform. I ask what have they done about this guest that I reported? What have you done to show support to the host in this instance? Unable to answer. @AirbnbHelp

@airbnbterrace@AirbnbHelp I spend my whole day yesterday asking why airbnb blamed me for cancelling , charged me 350+$ + threaten to remove superhost status when I requested support cancel as multiple enquiries keep coming through that do not match my booking settings. But yet I’ll pay the price @Airbnb
@airbnbterrace@AirbnbHelp Fed up of bots replying and no customer service, the amount of time and business loss to clear our name is unfathomable , the threatening nature “your listing is risk suspending” “you cancelled” “you will now be fined” all this from airbnb, technical glitches that I informed of
