@virginmedia brilliant so i’ve got to chase a mistake made by a virgin employee 👌🏻

[𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚜 ♡ @mindmxker]

like why’s it taking 25 mins to check if i can link my broadband and mobile services @virginmedia sort it out

[𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚜 ♡ @mindmxker]

@virginmedia no she gave me three options, 250g not even being one of them. i chose 30g for £15 a month, i don’t want to pay £25 a month

[𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚜 ♡ @mindmxker]

@virginmedia never mind, she told me i’d have an O2 SIM sent to me as an add on to Volt, 30G for £15 a month but i’m now being sent a 250G for £25 a month sim and have only just noticed because it’s in tiny writing in an email i’ve received saying it’s been sent to me in the post??

[𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚜 ♡ @mindmxker]

@virginmedia all sorted now, the latest lady i spoke to was actually very helpful. i asked for a feedback form to leave her good feedback but she said you don’t do them but the calls are recorded

[𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚜 ♡ @mindmxker]

virgin media customer service is SO shocking i haven’t spoken to a single person who understands what i’m trying to do

I think I could be very content living in a small cottage somewhere, making cute little meals and planting flowers and perhaps sweeping sometimes when the mood strikes
