A woman I’ve worked with for the last few months came in the other day with a laptop for me to fix.

This thing was rough. Massive, falling apart, running Windows 8 and barely hanging on.

But almost all of us can make someone’s day lighter.

A conversation.
A smile.
A little patience.
An opportunity.
A helping hand.

Small things matter more than we think.
