@AmericanAir Our family booked a $1000 round trip ticket that AA couldn’t fulfill. It cost our family additional $1000 to get home safely. Something that AA could not provide. Your AA employee guaranteed us and gave us some bs lie about why our flight was originally canceled.
@AmericanAir thinks we are upset due to a canceled flight. They put our family and infant safety at risk. Sending us to Dallas after requesting to fly to another hub. And lied to us! We were stuck with no power, no heat and no way to get milk or diapers.
